Challenge: Cornel Hotel Society Alumni Association is one of the leading networks for industry-defining alumni. CHS wanted to create a new brand refresh that would make them a more driving force in the hotel and hospitality alumni circuit, while still maintaining the strong brand equity associated with Cornell Hotel Society.
Solution: The first step was to conduct a series of branding architectural studies, including, brand architectural analysis, strategic positioning, competitive analysis, sensory positioning and user experience research and interviewing. The obtained information was then formulated into a look and feel the encapsulated the heart and strategy of CHS, while still maintaining visual and strategic elements that gives the brand its strong credibility amongst the hotel and hospitality circuit.
